CHANGE LOG & SEARCH TERMS

  • Genesis chapter 1 changed “sky” to “heaven” will probably come back when we have posted all books and analyze the occurences of “sky” this is a bad translation and flat out wrong in places.
  • Yahweh, Yah (Verifying & Restoring)
  • EL, Eloah, Elohim (Verifying & Restoring)
  • God, god, gods (G is a form of EL, left others in place)
  • God almighty” (Ver & Res, flipped, corrected “Almighty EL”)
  • Lord, lord, lords (L is Adonai=Master, left others in place)
  • Joshua (Yahoshua, Verifying & Restoring)
  • expanse (bad translation. Translated “firmament”)
  • sky (this is a bad translation, “air” would be better)
  • g(G)odly (will do this as in the EPV-KJV “holy” in the Hebrew and “faithful” in the Greek both singular & plural)
  • ungodly (nonsensical waiting for occurences)
  • s(S)aint(s) (nonsensical waiting for occurences)
  • ghost & hell (NT only)

CORRECTIONS

  • Exo 3:14 removed WEB “I AM WHO I AM.” אהיה אשר אהיה ehyah asher ehyah. I WILL BE WHAT/WHO I WILL BE. Asher can be β€œwhat” or β€œwho” depending on context, in this case the focus is on the rod (what?) in Moses hand. This translation is backed up by KJV when they translate these words hundreds of times for example in 3:12 you see it. This translation is also in accordance with the Tanakh: The Holy Scriptures, published by JPS, and a few others, as well as some English translations.
  • Exo 24:16a Removed the WEB “.” and restored the very interesting KJV improper colon which most modern translations remove.
  • Exo 34:14 WEB “for you shall worship no other god; for Yahweh, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.” CORRECTED THIS MISTRANSLATION “for you shall worship no other god; for Yahweh, is jealous of his name, he is a jealous EL.”
  • Deut 7:9 WEB missing definite article “the” restored “the Elohim”
  • Deut 32:4 WEB removed indefinite “a” corrected “the”
  • Deut 33:8 WEB removed “Godly” changed to “holy”
